You have the PM title. Now lead like a senior PM.

Real-world coaching for junior project managers

Welcome to DM the PM

Your partner in becoming the PM people trust

Certifications teach the process. They don't teach you what to say when a sponsor goes quiet, a team misses a deadline, or the scope keeps growing. DM the PM is 1:1 coaching from an enterprise IT project manager who has handled those moments for 12+ years.

Lead stakeholders, teams and tough conversations

Bring your real project to every session. We work through the stakeholder who ignores you, the status update executives don't read, and the scope that keeps creeping, so you walk away knowing exactly what to do next.

Meet Your Coach

Hi, I'm Faraz

I've led enterprise IT projects for 12+ years. Early in my career nobody taught me how to handle a difficult sponsor or a project going sideways. I learned it the hard way, so you don't have to.

Questions

Before you book

Who is coaching a good fit for?

Project managers in their first few years in the role, people who moved into PM from analysis, development or operations, and newly certified PMs who want to lead with more confidence. It's not a PMP exam-prep course.

Do I have to work in IT?

No. My background is enterprise IT, but stakeholders, scope, status reporting and career growth work the same way across industries.

How are sessions delivered?

Online, by video call, so you can join from anywhere. Times are shown in your own time zone when you book.

How long are sessions, and how often?

We agree on session length and frequency on the discovery call, based on your goals and how fast you want to move.

How much does coaching cost?

The discovery call is free. If coaching is a good fit, I'll walk you through the options and pricing on the call so you can decide with the full picture.

What should I bring to a session?

A real situation you're dealing with: a stakeholder who isn't responding, a status update you need to write, a scope request, or a career decision. The more specific, the more useful the session.

Is what I share kept confidential?

Yes. What you share stays between us. Please don't share your employer's confidential or proprietary information. Describe situations in general terms (for example "a VP sponsor" instead of names, and no client data) and we can still work through them in detail.

What happens after the discovery call?

You'll have at least one thing to act on that week. If we both think coaching is a good fit, I'll follow up by email with next steps. If not, there's no follow-up pressure.
